Payment in advance / bank transfer
You can make a SEPA transfer directly from your bank. The IBAN and BIC required for this will be made available to you in your order confirmation email, which we will automatically send to you after we have received your order. Please always state the order number in the purpose of the payment so that we can assign your payment correctly and quickly and there are no delays in processing.
The transfer time is usually 1-2 working days. You do not need to send us the transfer receipt.
After our accounting department has assigned your payment to your customer account, we will send the goods to you as quickly as possible, depending on availability.
Credit card
You can also pay conveniently and securely with us by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Your credit card will be charged directly upon completion of the order.
Your credit card data will be encrypted using the SSL method. Thanks to this high security standard, shopping at F-S-H by credit card is safe.
The 3-D SECURE process offers you even more security through the use of a personal security code, the SecureCode. If your credit card supports the 3-D SECURE process, after entering your card details you will be automatically forwarded via our payment service provider Mollie to a page from your bank or savings bank, the appearance of which we have no influence on. The personal welcome text serves as your bank's identifier. You will also be asked to enter the SecureCode there: for Visa cards this is the Verified by Visa password and for MasterCard cards the MasterCard Securecode password. With American Express, you will be sent a TAN to confirm the transaction. You will receive this TAN via an SMS and/or email address that you have given to American Express.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can make purchases in our web shop particularly quickly and easily, because you pay with your iPhone and Apple Watch – i.e. the devices you always have with you. Payment with Apple Pay is also possible with a Mac or iPad:
With Apple Pay, you don't have to fill out any forms or create an account when shopping online with your Apple device. After you have entered your account information once via the wallet app, simply select Apple Pay as the payment method in the checkout process. You can connect Apple Pay to both a credit card and a debit card - for example your Sparkasse girocard. You then confirm the payment effortlessly and securely via Face ID or Touch ID. On your MacBook Pro, confirm your purchase with Touch ID on the Touch Bar. If you are using a MacBook or a Mac without a Touch Bar, the iPhone or Apple Watch take over the ID process.
Klarna Pay Now
No registration is necessary. The transfer form is already filled out. Payment is made directly to our bank account. It is a secure payment method, which is secured by multi-level authentication with your online banking data and a TAN.
With this method you can pay with Klarna Sofortüberweisung or direct debit (except Belgium and Finland).
After successful authorization and processing of the payment, you will be redirected back to our shop and will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
eps
Customers from Austria can pay at and via the eps system. You will be forwarded to a central bank selection list according to eps. After selecting the bank accordingly, you can connect to your online banking at Bank Austria, where you have to log in with your access data for your online banking in order to make the payment. After the successful authorization and processing of the payment, you will be redirected back to our shop and will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Przelewy24
This payment method is for our customers from Poland. You will then be redirected to the Przelewy24 online portal where you can select your bank. You will see the invoice amount in PLN as well as the conversion rate from EUR to PLN. You will then be forwarded to your bank's online portal, where you must log in with your online banking access data in order to make the payment. All transaction details are pre-filled and all you have to do is confirm the payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to our site and will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
Bankcontact
Our belgian customers can choose Bancontact as the payment method during the ordering process and complete the ordering process by selecting Buy now.
You will then be redirected to the Bancontact online portal where you can either use the Bancontact app or manually enter your Bancontact card details to start the payment. After the successful authorization and processing of the payment, you will be redirected back to our site and will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
Belfius
Belfius is also for customers from Belgium. You decide whether you want to pay by smartphone (Belfius Mobile) or desktop (Belfius Direct Net). Belfius Mobile works with a QR code. You can pay quickly and easily by scanning the QR code. If you prefer to pay with Belfius Direct Net you will need a box (card reader/scanner) to confirm the payment.
KBC / CBC
KBC/CBC offers customers of the Belgian banks KBC and CBC a simple online payment method. The KBC focuses on the Dutch-speaking population of Belgium, while the CBC is entirely francophone. In fact, both banks offer the same payment button, just under a slightly different name. It is important to know that KBC customers cannot pay with the CBC payment button and vice versa. However, the technology behind the two payment buttons works exactly the same, which is why we decided to offer them as a single payment method.
You simply pay in your usual online banking environment. The payment will be processed immediately.
After the successful authorization and processing of the payment, you will be redirected back to our shop and will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
